Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your Labubu starts its journey.

Yes! All our Labubu figures are 100% authentic collectibles sourced directly from trusted partners. No fakes, no knock-offs. Just real tiny legends.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and sometimes good vibes (just kidding - but we’re working on it).

🎁 Can I gift this to someone?

Absolutely! We don’t offer full gift-wrapping (yet), but your order will arrive in a cute, safe package - perfect for surprising someone special (even if it’s just future-you).

🔁 Can I return or exchange my figure?

Yes, if it's unopened and within 14 days of receiving it.
Just contact us and we’ll help you send your Labubu back to its homeland safely.
